Terms & Conditions

Message

We have created this Terms & Conditions that applies to all our services. Most importantly is to let you understand why and what are the common terms that we have and you agreed with it.

Website Ownership

  1. We hold no responsibility for any contents that might consider illegal or fake.
  2. All information and data stored on any server by you or agent is belongs your property. Meanwhile, we claims no ownership and responsibility if any of your information data lost or leaked on the public.
  3. You do not have the right to resell the design or development to other companies and gives another company design credit.
  4. You may continue to use the website to promote your company or organization regardless of whether he/she chooses to continue further services with us.
  5. We will also ensure that your information remains private and confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  6. Please take note that all login data(s) are private and confidential.
  7. You should not share or publish any related login data(s) or server’s ip address if you choose to host your website on our server and without our permission whether it is regarding your website.
  8. If fail to do so, asIGN have the rights to terminate your web services at no time with whatsoever reasons. We seek your cooperation thank you.

Domain Name

  1. Website domain names are leased from domain name registration companies. When asIGN registers a domain name for a client, that registration will be made in the client’s name.
  2. Upon payment of any outstanding fees, the client has the right to use that domain name regardless of whether he/she chooses to continue further services with asIGN.
  3. asIGN will renew the domain name on behalf of the client without markup any additional cost meanwhile all the costing and fees will only apply and charged by the domain name registration companies.
  4. Clients are advised to closely monitor the renewal date of a registered domain name and to verify that the renewal of said domain name has been completed. asIGN cannot be responsible for expired domain names.

Copyrights

  1. All text and photos used as content in a commissioned website must be provided by the client (unless the client has hired asIGN for content development).
  2. The Client warrants to asIGN that all materials submitted do not infringe any copyright nor contain any illegal or obscene information.
  3. The Client shall fully indemnify asIGN against all losses and damages whatsoever and howsoever arising from any legal actions by any party and any legal costs arising there from on any indemnity basis.

Project Initiation

  1. The initiation of a web design or development project requires a signed or electronically submitted signup form, or payment of half of the initial web design/development fees (or payment in full if the entire project is RM4000 or less).

Payment

  1. A 50% deposit of the total fee payable under our proposal is due immediately upon you instructing us to proceed with the website design and development work.
  2. Upon project completion or website launched, the remaining fifty percent (50%) balance is due in full within ten business days. If the balance on a completed project has not been paid within ten business days, asIGN reserves the right to remove or terminate the launched website until the outstanding fee together with all interest had been paid by the Client.
  3. Interest at five percent (5%) weekly compounded shall accrue in favour of asIGN on all amounts outstanding from the due date until the day of actual payment, as well as before judgment.
  4. Furthermore, the Client shall be liable to asIGN for all losses and damages whatsoever howsoever arising from failure to pay the outstanding amounts, including any legal action incurred to enforce (or to attempt to enforce) any of asIGN right on an indemnity basis.

Admenments

  1. We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to make revisions to the design. However, we have the right to limit the number of design proposals to a reasonable amount and may charge for additional designs if you make a change to the original design specification.
  2. Our website development phase is flexible and allows certain variations to the original specification. However any major deviation from the specification will be charged at the rate of RM150.00 per hour.

Compatibility

  1. We’ll ensure that the web sites we create are compatible with all current modern web browsers such as the most recent versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari.

Termination

  1. asIGN are allowed to suspend or terminate access to the any services without notice to the Client if there’s any overdue or unpaid services.
  2. asIGN will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Client or any other party as a result of such suspension or termination.

Changes

We reserves the right to make changes to this Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last update listed at the top.
